So what are binaural beats?
Binaural beats can naturally move your brain to a calmer, lower frequency. When your brain hears two different tones in each ear, it will make up the difference with an imagined tone. In other words, if you hear 400hz in one ear and 410hz in the other, your brain will create an imaginary 10hz. That imaginary beat is the binaural beat.
If you find it difficult to calm your mind after a stressful day, you can listen to tracks with binaural beats that will slow your brain. As your brain creates the frequency, it alters your brainwaves, and you become calmer as a result. Adding in breath-work brings your body and mind into a completely meditative state.
