The Hero Program is a 4 week, 30 day, lean muscle building program; to build your body’s foundation at any gym and transform you from sidekick to superhero.
Consisting of 4 different training weeks; Power Week, Strength Week, Pump Week and Shock Week. This program was developed after 10 year of working as a personal trainer. I’ve used this same program to transform my clients and myself.

Starting a fitness routine can be challenging but it doesn’t have to cost you anything. Personal trainers charge an average rate of 60-150 USD an hour for just one session, costing you anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 a month just on workouts allow. Think of the amount of money you can save if you taught yourself  how to train in the gym.

Building your foundation in the gym is key to living an active lifestyle. Knowing how to connect your mind to the muscles you are working, learning to focus on your breath and understanding proper form.
